You cannot take a scroll through your social media feed without being promised the ‘holy grail’ of a 6 or 7 figure business.

Frankly, I’m over it.

When did a 6 or 7 figure business become the measurement of success?

Success is unconditional, and it’s yours for the taking.

It doesn’t have to look a certain way.

It doesn’t discriminate.

It doesn’t care what dress size you are.

It doesn’t care if you want to make $1000 or $100,000 this month.

Repeat it again: Success is unconditional.

You’ll see the narrative everywhere online that a business is only successful if it makes you 6 or 7 figures this year.

Well, my business didn’t make me 6-figures in 2018, and maybe I won’t make this amount of money in 2019 either.

Am I successful?

Heck yes!!

My version of success is being able to take my son to school each morning, making time for workouts, only working 4 hours a day, attending as many country music concerts as humanly possible, and taking spontaneous trips with my husband.

Freeeeedom is my currency, and it’s the currency my clients LOVE.

Each month inside my membership; The Wonder Woman Business Lounge, we focus on doing the right tasks to give ourselves the gift of time and freedom.

There is no shortcut for doing the work, but overwhelm and stress are not welcome.

Look beyond the zero’s.

I don’t run my business to make 6 figures, I do it because I’m tired of women being told their dreams and goals are not enough.

You can achieve your version of success, you can have more time and freedom without hitting 6-figures.

Between money mindset and healing our stories, business coaches have lost the ability to let their clients dream.

It’s not just about dreaming big, it’s about honouring where you are right now in your business or life.

Maybe your version of success is taking every Friday off, or spending your summer with your kids?

It is possible, and you don’t have to hit 6-figures to make this your reality.

Look around you at the difference you are making both in your own life and your clients.

Remind yourself how far you’ve already come.

And, remember that success doesn’t only come in 6 or 7 figures, it’s the reason why you wake up each day and do the work you love.
