Who is FFLA for?
It is for women who are ready to ditch dieting and finally get the weight loss results they want. During FFLA I will be taking you through specific anti-diet fat loss strategies which will help you to burn fat, reduce hunger, curb cravings and say buh-bye to starting over!
This program is for women who have more than 30lbs to lose. FFLA is a fat loss focused program, and my aim is to help you start losing fat during the program and enable you to automate the way you eat and move so that it feels effortless.
FFLA is for women who want to learn how to create their own healthy lifestyle and quit dieting. One of the great things about this program is that whilst we cover a monthly topic, you get to work at your own pace, it is an individual and personalized program. It’s 100% about you. I’m with you EVERY step of the way to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with your progress.
It’s for you if you are ready to take action and challenge the ‘norm’ of dieting. Spending time focused on yourself is a requirement of FFLA, getting ‘selfish’ is important because to make changes you need to consider how you fit into your lifestyle. You cannot ignore your health and expect change. This program challenges the ‘norm’ of dieting, but diets haven’t worked and that’s why you’re here – right?!
Who is FFLA not for?
The academy is not for you if you’re looking for a cookie cutter diet plan, and need to be told exactly what to eat and when. I provide healthy eating strategies which are also fat loss friendly, but I will not be telling you EXACTLY what to eat. I don’t believe in that this is a sustainable way of living, because at some point you’ve got to do it alone. Instead, I will enable you create lifestyle which feels great 365 days of the year, and help you to go beyond your goals.
FFLA is not for women who cannot commit to 4-months of coaching. The academy is a 4-month program because this is the minimum amount of time it takes to embed healthier habits and get to grips with letting go of diets.
The academy is not for you if you aren’t ready to get started right away. With FFLA, there is no waiting around. Within 24 hours of you enrolling I will be in touch with you to book your first coaching call. So if you are looking are not 100% committed to this process, please do not enrol.
This isn’t for you if you’re looking for quick results. Whilst you will lose fat during FFLA, this is about creating a lasting solution BEYOND month four. Each lady who enrolls in FFLA will get different results, it is an individual program and like anything your results will depend on your willingness to ditch the diets and adopt healthier strategies.

A pre coaching assessment – this includes a metabolic assessment which will establish a starting point for your diet/workouts.
Fortnightly 1:1 coaching calls – we’ll get on the phone to discuss your progress, success and set goals and actions so that you can keep losing fat & never have to start again. I’m here for you EVERY step of the way.
Lifetime access to the online FFLA workout and recipe portal – access every recipe and workout in an easy to downloadable pdf format. Get recipes from breakfast to dessert, and varied workouts from 10 – 30 minutes in length.
A 4-month online journal – to allow for accountability and support during FFLA. Use this to track your progress and make notes of what is/isn’t working for you. This is the place to document your results.

Of course you can join the academy, but it is important to remember that this program is about creating a long-term solution.
So, if you have less than 30lbs to lose, but want to improve your health and can commit to 4-months of coaching then this program is for you.
