Entrepreneurial Outlaw. Noun. An entrepreneur or small business owner driven by the core values and creative vision. They are curious, dedicated, and pathic, powerful people who were often mistaken as shy and labeled as too serious. You will often hear them asking what the when they see, Oh, here's something in that industry that is unethical misleading and smells like on ice. You see entrepreneurial Outlaws do what is right? No boy is easy. They feel like they are lost. And at the same time, know exactly where they are meant to be. They often feel like they don't fit into strategies or trends, and their energy is easily disrupted and drained by rules and rigidity. Entrepreneurial Outlaws do not fit the status quo. They buck trends, challenge what they are told and strive to create a better way of doing business by putting people fast and leveraging the power of their income and wealth to support others. We are the Entrepreneurial Outlaws

(03:05):

The Outlaws is the intersection of strategy spirituality, and self-inquiry. These are the three things that come up meet time and time again. As I have grown and scaled in my business over the last 12 months, I have seen my business grow in ways I only dreamt off. And for the longest time I told myself that it was just because of COVID. It was just because of lockdown, but that was a really self-sabotaging story. And I realized that not only was that going to hold me back and prevent me for continued growth, it was also going to stop me from actually helping others. It was going to prevent me from being able to share what I have learned. And the thing about the outdoors is it is, it is holistic. There is no specific framework. There is no one way of doing things because that's not how we do things around here.

(03:58):

The Outlaws helps you guide you and supports you. It holds space for your ideas, for your frustrations, your overwhelm, it holds space for your creative integrity and together we can guide and support you to making really incredible outlier decisions in your own business. The Outlaws is a place for community connection. It is a place for engagement is a place for facilitated and self-inquiry together. We are building a community, a movement who is paving the way for new normal in online business. Every single month, we will come together as a community for a guided facilitated cool and open office and Q and a, an opportunity for you to ask questions for you to get quiet hold space for yourself and others, an opportunity for you to vent. Tell us what was really you off about the online business space and also any roadblocks you're coming up against.

(05:02):

This is your community and it's your place to have a connection with other like-minded individuals. We also have a private community over on mighty networks. So this is not a Facebook group. Guys. We have a private community on my T networks and within the community, there are daily journaling prompts, articles, questions. We'll be providing guest workshops to support you in all three areas, strategy, spirituality and self-inquiry. And every single week, when I publish a new podcast, you have exclusive pod podcast prompts. These are to help you create your very own episode. Your episode journal, a place where you can tune in and listen to the questions and thoughts that come up. It will be exclusive for you. Nowhere else.

(07:08):

And I'm also holding space for, for Outlaws who are ready to go to the next level with me who need that. One-To-One accountability going into this year. If you know, that's you, we have four outdoor spaces available. You get everything in the community along with one 50 minute call per month and Voxer access. This allows you to know that every single month you're going to have that accountability, that support and the community that you need. This community is definitely a place of you get what you get out of it, what you put in, right? I'm not going to sugar coat it. I'm not going to tell you that you can just, you can just show up and you can join. And you can just forget about it. I genuinely know that the only way to do this work is by showing up within the community.

(07:59):

So if you know, you need that guidance support, but you also need a kick in the pants. Then the one-to-one outlaw may be for you. So you can head over to Melanie knights.com forward slash the hyphen Outlaws and get all of the information over the next three weeks. I'm going to be bringing you jam packed value packed episodes here, right here on the podcast. We're going to be focusing on strategy, spirituality and self-inquiry and today's episode. I'm going to be sharing with you how to create your own Outlaws strategy for your business. I mean, it's a new year, right? It's a new year and we have, well, I think we have cautious optimism, right? I think we are hopeful. We are hoping that this year is going to be much better than the last, but we know we have work to do we know that it's we haven't woken up and just everything's peachy gain, right?

(08:55):

We know that we have a little while to go, but as we head into the new year, we're still seeing a lot of the same information, a lot of the same noise in online business. I have been inundated on my social media feeds with all of the tools that I could possibly need to grow my business in 2021. But I'll be honest. I'm really just looking for community relationships, connection. This has worked so well for me and my own business in 2020, that I'm going to keep doing what works. So in today's episode, I'm going to be talking about strategy, but not strategy. As you know it, right? I'm going to be talking about business strategy in a totally different perspective. There are three phases to creating your own outlaw business strategy. This is how you show up in your business, right? And like, I kind of hate the phrase show up, but we're going to use it.

(10:03):

So it's about how you show up in your business. It's about the Toms that you create, the rules that you want to follow the strategy, the tactics, the way in which you're going to do business, the intention you have, the commitments you are making to yourself, your team, and to your audience, because it's so, so important that we remember that this isn't just about us. And despite what other people tell you, I do actually want you to think about yourself in this because you are a very important part of your business. It doesn't really function without you.

(10:38):

So these three phases, right? These three phases, first one is creating a foundation. You have to create a really solid foundation for your strategy to grow from. The second is building connection between your intuition and your strategy. And the third is aligning your business to your life. Really important. We're going to fit your business into your lifestyle when not going to try and cram your life into your business. Okay? Because before you started this business, you were a human being and you're probably still a human being, but now we have a business and that just brings a whole new layer of stuff to the table. So let's start with that foundation. Okay. Let's start with that foundation. Creating a solid really studied foundation for your strategy to grow from the fast thing that you really need to understand is which rules still serve a purpose in your life.

(11:49):

I talk a lot about breaking the rules in business. I took a lot about bucking trends, finding what works for you, basically telling the rules to go off, right? That's just kind of how I do things. So I started to unpack this because I thought, yes, there are rules that I hate. There are rules that I know do not fit us. All one size fits all fits very few people, but what rules are there? What strategies have we been taught that do actually create a solid foundation? So the first one is community building community, online, fostering relationships, right? So some people would call networking, but I hate that phrase. So we're going to call it fostering relationships, fostering relationships, align, and doing this in a way where we are not trying to pitch sell. We're not making friendships just so we can ask someone for that credit card, but we're actually fostering true real relationships.

(12:52):

We're not sitting down with our 10 point checklist and asking them these questions that they have to fit into these boxes. We're just being ourselves. It's what people apparently cool authenticity with fostering true relationships online. Okay. That is how we're building community. We're connecting social media is supposed to be social, but online business has made it really complicated. So often I look at the strategies and tactics that we have tool and I see people using and I can smell it a mile off. And I find it really, really frustrating because we have to go through all of this noise and nonsense to get to the other side and realize that all we needed to do was just be ourselves. All we needed to do was find people who we could build relationships with. And I don't mean build relationships to make money. I have built a business on relationships.

(13:59):

I make money. Yes, but these relationships go beyond income. These relationships have helped me to create friendship. They've helped me to build rebuild. Rebuild is really important. Trust in the online business community. They've helped me find my voice. And this is the power of creating relationships and creating relationships out of your circle. I don't know about you, but when I came into the online business space, I came in with no idea what I was doing five years ago, my business just turned five and I came into this space. I joined a coaching program straight away because I had no idea what I was doing. And for about three years, I was kind of just in the same circles. I was in the same communities, the same cycles. It took me three years before I actually dipped my toe outside of this bubble and started to find other ways of doing things. Other businesses, new ideas, new strategies, new tactics.

(15:11):

That's what we're doing inside of the Outlaws. Right? We opening it up. I'm building a community that is not just a bubble. We're not building a bubble where everyone's going to be the same and everyone's going to be doing the same thing, right? I'm really bucking the trends. And it, my, my beach is, is not like I don't care how much money you want to make. I don't care whether you're an artist or creative, a designer, a coach, a service provider. It makes no difference because it's not about what you do. It's about how you do it. And that community is so, so incredibly important. So the first thing is the first rule that I actually still follow is community. And building that fostering relationships, connecting with others. And I do most of that on Instagram. I also now do it here on this podcast, but I do a lot of that on Instagram. And it's so important that we as individuals decide where we're building our community, where is our place? You don't need five communities. You can have five if you'd like, but one is fine. Where are you building that community?

(16:21):

The second role that I still follow, I actually think creates a really solid foundation is visibility. Okay? Eyes on your stuff, right? Visibility, traffic, whatever you want to call it. I hate the word traffic. You're not a train. Okay. You know, a car visibility, right? Putting your content in front of people who need it. How do we do that? Well, we create content and we find platforms that allow us to get in front of people, because the reality is we are running a business and we do have to do some things with intention. We can't just create stuff, sit back and hope people find us because that isn't going to happen. So we do have to do some things with intention. And one of those is getting our content seen, right? Creating value, add content, something that makes a difference, right? Make a difference with your content.

(17:23):

Every single time you post right, making a difference and value, adding value to someone else's life, adding value to someone else's business, adding value to someone else's family. So that health to the home, whatever it may be. Right. But getting your content, your skills, your thoughts, outlet, and that doesn't have to sound as scary as it, it, it does, right? It sounds kind of scary, but it doesn't have to be scary every time you post on Instagram, every time you pin, every time you write a blog or record a podcast episode and then promote it right organically, it doesn't have to be paid every time. You then talk about that piece of content or talk about your skills. You're adding value. And you're telling people about it and listen, the best marketing, the best free marketing is word of mouth. The best free marketing is word of mouth.

(18:25):

So if you can add value to someone else's life with your content, through your business, and you can create a relationship, right? But being yourself, what you are doing is inviting people to invite their peers, their friends, their family, whomever into your space. I want to read this really great sentence. I think it was in my Oracle cards. And it said that oftentimes we want to hide what makes us unique. We want to dim our light. We want to hide what makes us weird, right? If you know, for lack of a better way, whatever makes us unique, weird, different.

(19:21):

And yet when we demo light, when we don't show up, when we don't share our content, when we don't say that thing, that's on our mind, we could be potentially missing another person, another human being who needs to read it, who needs to hear from us, who needs to see it, or when we don't show up, you know, all about unique weirdness, the people who actually could price, I could find value from that. They don't find us. Right. They don't find us because we didn't do. We didn't show up. We didn't share a voice. And then they miss out. Right? We're doing them a disservice. I know it's scary. I know it can be really hard to truly say what's on your mind. But I hope if anything we learned from the last 12 months is that there's a lot of out there. And we can challenge that you have places that are safe, where you can be heard and seen here is one of them.

(20:27):

And so by showing up, even taking like baby steps to show up and be your unique self and share the things that make you, who you truly are. Even if somebody might think it's strange, weird, different. Even if somebody doesn't get it, that's okay. As long as you get it right. As long as you get it that's okay. So by being visible, right? Like putting yourself out that just a little bit by P gang people, to inviting people, to see your content, to look at your content, to read your content, to hear your content, you are adding value to the life. You want making a difference. Right? And I said this a lot in 2020, you're going to hear me say a lot this year as well, people pay attention, good and bad people pay attention. And people are paying attention to you. Even if you don't know it, people are paying attention to your content, your words, the way you show up, even if you don't see it, they're paying attention.

(21:40):

And it just takes one of them to share your content with one on the person. And now you have a new audience. So don't forget about the empower, the, the power of community and the power of visibility. And the third rule that creates a solid foundation is systems and workflows. I don't think we've really talked about systems and workflows a whole lot on this podcast, but systems and workflows do not have to be rigid. In fact, I don't want them to be rigid. System is what players are productive. And they can be really, really supportive when they are flexible, right? Having flexible systems and workflows in your business and finding systems and workflows that actually work uniquely for you. I'm a big fan of taking something, testing it, orbiting, figuring out what works and finding that, finding that solution for you, for your business, for the way you work really well for your strengths.

(22:47):

One of the planning tools, let's say, though, I was introduced to in 2020, it was cyclical planning right through my friend, Allie crema. And she uses cyclical planning, whether it's from menstrual cycle or daily cycles, weekly cycles, monthly seasonals, seasonal, seasonal. There are so many cycles around us. The moon cycle astrology, there are cycles everywhere. And it's an incredibly powerful tool to use in our business. This is really where we connect that intuition strategies, where we connect, we connect our business into our lifestyle, right? Instead of the other way around, we often are trying to integrate our life into our business. We put our business fast, but I'm to tell you it doesn't work like that because your life came fast, right? Who are you without your business? Well, before you had a business, you were somebody without this business. And it's really powerful. We can integrate our business into our lifestyle.

(24:02):

So when we can look at what actually brings us joy, what makes us happy? What fills our cup up? What's our vision and how do we want to feel every single day? And how can we use cyclical systems and workflows? How can we use Intuit, intuitive planning to help us really create a solid foundation, not business for our social media content, for our email marketing, for launches, the deadlines with clients, all of these things, how do you take a system workflow and make it your own, right? And it comes down to intuitive planning, cyclical planning, really getting to know ourselves, right? Getting to know yourself is such a huge part of this strategy. And this applies whether you're a coach, a service provider designer, artist, musician, yes. Even those of us who are visionaries and full of ideas and creativity, you can still work within a flexible system.

(25:06):

It doesn't have to look like mine or anybody else's, but creating your own systems that really work well with you, for you. Right? So, so critical, so important and is a huge part of being able to create that outlaw strategy, right? Getting to know yourself, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, asking for help and guidance within your areas of weakness. Right? And that may be something you're not able financially already to do just yet, but over time, really remembering that those areas of your business that you struggle with or that they're not your strength, you can look for help and guidance that doesn't necessarily have to be people, right? People are great, but it could also be templates looking for really useful. I wanted the emphasis on useful tools that are going to actually help you and support you and guide you in those areas that you're not as strong in.

(26:04):

And then just regularly self-auditing right. Regularly self-auditing and inquiring, what's working. What's not, am I going to get all into that in a couple of weeks, but that's the fast kind of phase a crane is out little business strategy, right? Create a solid foundation and knowing which rules actually help you do that. Those are the three that I came up with. You might have others, right? Of all the information I've learned over the years, those are the three things that I still do. Most of the other things I can tool I'd have to unpack. And a lot of them have been shelved and binned, right. And that's how you create really feel good strategy. Okay? You build this connection between your intuition and your strategy. So what you know to be right, what you know, to be the right choice, the next option, the next solution, whether it's you, the universe, whatever is guiding you. And you're connecting that to your strategy. And this really comes down to you, right? This is all about you, your story, right? Why did you start this business? Why are you in this particular industry? What fires you up? What you off? What is your story? What is your, why?

(27:28):

Why do you do this beyond making money, beyond making an income? Why, why do you get up every day and build your own business? Why do you post on social media? Why do you create arts? Make jewelry, design? Why do you coach? Why do you program fitness sessions for people? Why are you coaching or mentoring? Why? And if you're not sure, keep asking why your vision, right? What, what's your vision for your business? What's the vision for the kind of impact you want to make, whether it's a 12 month vision or a five-year vision, what is that vision? What is that big dreamy in a vision that you have for your business?

(28:21):

These things are so, so important because this is what builds that connection. It aligns your intuition with your strategy. Because when we know our story, when we know all why, when we have that really crystal clear vision, when we know what our creativity looks like when we know what brings us joy, well, Allah core needs are every day, every week, every month in our lifestyle, in our lives, in our business and our families, when we know what those needs are, we know what time we have. We are able to build a connection between our intuition and our strategy. We are able to make decisions in our business way faster.

(29:11):

We were able to make decisions from a place of value, from a place of our core values, whether that's all of your core values or your core values, the ones that are most important to you right now, but you're able to make decisions in your business. You're able to know intuitively whether something is right or wrong in fuel in your business. You're able to know whether that that team member is going to be the right team member to fit with your business. Whether that person is going to be able to do the job you need them to do. Whether you need to continue interviewing whether you need to say no to that opportunity or that new client, whether you're on a discovery call and you decide that that client, you still there's something not right. Whether it's the right time to invest in that course or that membership or that piece of software, all of these big, scary decisions that we want to make in our business.

(30:05):

The reason they also scary most of the time is because we are not listening to my intuition. Instead, it's an external pressure, probably from the person trying to sell it. Or, you know, those coaches that have put pressure on us to build a six-figure business so that we shouldn't say no to opportunities or that we shouldn't say no to money. Guess what? Sometimes you're going to sometimes that's the right choice when you don't say no, when you should, it's going to feel 10 times worse. I know I have been there. So sometimes saying no is the right choice.

(30:47):

And the only way to really do this is by starting to start building that connection between your intuition and your strategy. Stop uncovering your story. Start to know, sort of get really clear on your why and your vision. What makes you creative? We are all creative as entrepreneurs. We already have a thread of creativity in us. You don't have to be an artist. It doesn't have to be about drawing or painting. It could be music. It could be writing. It could be microblogging right. You love writing long posts on Instagram. And then we go, there's your creativity. Maybe it's canvas. I don't know whatever your creativity is. You have it, right. You have it. And there's a good chance that fuels your joy, that you find joy in your creativity, that you need creativity every single day and week in your business, that you want more of it. And we're able to do that by building that connection. Okay. So where we've stopped by creating that foundation from those rules, right? Deciding which rules we were actually going to keep, which things help us create a really solid foundation. And then regularly checking in with ourselves. The second phase of crane is strategy is building that connection between your intuition and your strategy. It's all about you for once.

(32:16):

And the third and final phase is aligning your business to your life, right? Integrating your business into your life, not the other way round, right? So this comes down to your core values and it may just be what your core values are right now, because we all have a lot of things that we value. But this month, this year, whatever it may be, you probably have three or five specific values. The kind of top of that list right now, the things that you value, maybe seasonally, and that's where your focus is. That's where your priorities are.

(33:03):

And when we can focus our business from a place about core values, right? The top core values that we have in that season, that month, a year, we can start to understand that as we navigate our business throughout a year, 12 months, we don't have to actually approach every month or season in the same way. So you see a lot of, especially this time of year, you'll see a lot of people talking about I'm going to build my business. I'm going to grow my business. I'm going to scale my business, but you can actually do all three of those things over 12 month period, you don't have to settle on one. You can actually ebb and flow throughout the year throughout your seasons, right? So in the winter, that may not be a great time for you to scale your business, but maybe the first half of the year is a great time for you to scale a business as it, maybe that's the way you are right now.

(34:10):

Maybe that's your current intention for your business. Coming back to a phase two, when you know that you're able to make those decisions much quicker, you're able to say yes or nurture opportunities. You're able to see things really clearly. So when you start to integrate your business into your life, make decisions from a place of value. You can make decisions much quicker, and there's no second guessing. The inner critic becomes real quiet, right? The inner critic becomes really quiet because we know that this is the next best step for us, because we have thought about ourselves, our own lifestyle needs. We know that what we're doing. So it was a higher purpose. And so our daily and weekly intentions, everything we now doing in our business is aligning with both our businesses and our life vision, right? All strategy is now walking for us in all areas.

(35:15):

We're able to look at that cyclical planning. We're able to look at planning for place of intention and in place intuition. So instead of sitting down and being really reactive without content, without marketing, being reactive with clients, you know, getting into our office in the morning or sitting down at laptop and instantly checking emails, fighting fires, Voxer, and everything else, that's going off. We're actually able to pause, breathe. And we're able to ensure that as we start our day, we are on our own times, we defining our own boundaries because one of the key parts of building your own outlaw strategy in business is creating your own terms and rules of business. So just like, you know, which rules help you to create a foundation, just like, you know, which rules you can continue using because they work for you. You can also start to create your own and they can come from that place of alignment, that intuitive, intuitive place, right? You can have the, the foundational things that you've been taught by someone else. You can have foundational parts of your business, which every single business coach out that teaches, right? Every business coach teaches. You should be on social media,

(36:49):

Right?

(36:50):

But there's also things like you should have an email list. You should have this pick, which ones work for you, then create your own terms and rules of business on top, right? You have a foundation that, you know, works now, create your own, add in your own rules and your own times that allow you to build, grow scale, sustain whatever phase of business you're in right now, and leverage the tasks that you enjoy. We all have those things in our business that are just not our thing. Right? We have areas of weakness, things that we're not great at. And then we have things that we just downright hate.

(37:39):

Sometimes we have to suck it up and do those things. There are going to be times when we just have to like pull up a pants and just get on with it. I don't think that was the right phrase. I don't know why my parents would be there, but we have to just get on with them. Right. As we navigate this going back and self-auditing right. Regular self folder, regular self-inquiry we can say, okay, and doing this thing, do I enjoy it right? Is this task enjoyable? Does it spark joy for me? And does it actually work right? Is it actually providing value? Whether it's financial or other in my business, am I actually seeing any value from doing this? Is there an ROI or an ROI? O R O is return on opportunity because not every task is going to have a financial gain, but some of them have an opportunity, an opportunity, but you know, I may have just made that word up.

(38:45):

Some tasks, provide opportunity. Let's phrase it like that. Some tasks can provide opportunities. So some things you have a financial gain from, but some things are actually more about opportunity. And I'm going to just tell you right now, in my own business, those roo tasks are those things that I enjoy and don't provide financial gain, have allowed me to grow my business in ways. I just couldn't imagine they've helped me to grow, connect and find new ways of working. So don't write everything off. If it doesn't bring you in financial gain, but look at whether it's something you're enjoying. And even if you have to do it right now, even if it's something in your business that you feel like you have to do, even though you don't enjoy it, think outside the box. Right? Think outside of what you know, to be true. And is there a way in which you could leverage that task so that it does become more enjoyable without having to invest in another human being or course or something that costs more than you are willing to spend or able to spend right now?

(40:06):

Is there a way of leveraging that toss to it becomes enjoyable in a really, a really sensible way or realistic way, a way that doesn't scare the crap out of you, right? Maybe it's buying a piece of software, maybe it's upgrading a piece of software. Maybe it is just asking someone who knows how to do something, but you've been scared to ask them, right? Maybe it's just looking outside of that and finding a way in which to leverage those things. So they become more enjoyable and maybe just truth. Maybe you just need to let it put it the down, right? Maybe you just need to put it down. Maybe it needs to be shelved. Maybe it needs to be binned, but you have to decide that for yourself.

And that is how we can start to create our own unique, personal outlaw strategy for business. Right? We start with those rules, which rules create a solid foundation, right? Create that foundation, but getting to know yourself, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, asking for help or guidance, and then regularly checking in with yourself. Second phase is all about building connection between your intuition and your strategy, all about you, what you need your core needs. And the third phase is all about aligning your business to your life, right? Integrating your business into your life, making sure that you're able to make business decisions from a place of your core values and place of intuition so that you can make decisions faster so that you're not kind of stuck in this place of self doubt or inner critic, learning how to set daily and weekly intentions plan with Intuit plan from your place. If you plan from your intuition to find your boundaries, create your own terms and rules of business and leveraging tasks that you enjoy.

Oh, thank you so much for showing up for today's episode. Thank you so much for being here for tuning in. I appreciate you. I appreciate all of your messages on Instagram. So next week, next week, we are going to be diving in to spirituality, right? So as I said, the Outlaws, it's the intersection of strategy, spirituality and self-inquiry. And next week, our episode is going to be value packed. And we're going to be talking all about spirituality. And again, it's spirituality. Not like you maybe know it. We're not talking about necessarily religious beliefs, but we're talking about spirituality as a whole, right? Really getting to know ourselves and understanding how we can use our spirituality to help us create intention, help us really become at peace with our inner critic. How can we start to lead to that? Self-Inquiry right. Which we're going to get into in a couple of weeks.

(43:33):

So that's next week for right now, I want to just remind you that the Outlaws mentorship is open and over the next few weeks, I am going to be sharing more and more details over on Instagram. If you are hanging out with me via emails, if you are either on the wait list or you happen to be on my regular weekly newsletter list, you will be getting more and more Dietz that way as well. If you like Melanie, shut up and let me know how to find out how I join. You can head over to Melanie nights.com forward slash the hyphen Outlaws. I will make sure it's linked in the show notes over there. You can get all of the details. I have made big business commitments for my launches and when it comes to selling within my business. So what you will see is a much more streamlined landing page.

(44:31):

This page is not full of timers or urgency. We're not closing closing. We're not closing the doors until the 22nd of January. So you have time to make a decision. And if you feel like you are really interested in joining the mentorship, but you have questions. One of the sections you'll find on the sales page is a section designed for you. So instead of it being a, this is for you. If, well, this is not for you. It's actually designed to provide you with questions. I want you to consider an ask yourself before making the commitment, right? I want everyone who joins the Outlaws. I want you to come at this from a place of complete abundance. I want you to know that this is the right decision for your business. It might be scary. You might feel nervous. You might feel a little bit crunchy and uncomfortable.

(45:30):

You might be unsure of, I don't know, unsure of anything, but yeah, you might feel that way. However, I want you to be really excited that you decided to do it right. And that's not because I don't want to work with you if you're not excited, but I just don't want anyone to feel like it's a bad decision. I've been there in my business. I have made decisions in my business. I've made investments. I have joined things and I've hit that buy now button or whatever it is, I've entered my credit card information. And literally there's just a sinking feeling. The moment I did it. And if that wasn't a sign, I don't know what is, I don't want anybody to feel that way when they work with you, me. Right? I don't, I don't make decisions in my business from that place anymore.

(46:25):

I don't invest in things unless I'm super, super excited about it. It feels like it's the right time. Maybe it's scary. Right? Most of the time it is scary, but I want you to feel really good about this, right? So you can head on over to the page, Melanie nights.com forward slash the hyphen Outlaws.
