This week I’m modifying a pretty complex movement: The Spiderman Plank!

You don’t need fancy valslides to maximise this movement, you can use a tea towel or paper plate on a hard wood floor – this is what I use in my classes!

I modified this movement because my upper body was exhausted – I could barely move in full plank position.
