And just like that, it’s November.

Not going to lie; I LOVE this time of year. Give me all the festive basic bish-ness – decorations in November, pumpkin spice everything, predictable Netflix holiday movies, peppermint bark and as many mason jar cookie kits I can hold.

But, what I don’t love is trying to keep up with social media and make sure I’m using the right hashtags for my posts!

So, it’s no surprise I love to see what my students offer for Black Friday and over the holiday season.

As health and wellness coaches, it’s so important that you don’t write off the holiday season; people still think about their health, and you’d be surprised how many are planning their New Year goals already.

When promoting your BFCM offer on Instagram, you’ll want to mix up your hashtags, including industry and seasonal #’s for maximum exposure (remember word of mouth still exists… it’s just in the form of a ‘share’ button!)

Do your own research too.

Take a look at which hashtags you used last year – which posts did well, and most importantly think about your audience — what are they searching for to gather health and wellness advice?
