Chocolate Peanut Butter Mallow Cake!


1 sccop Whey Protein Powder – I use Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow flavour

15g Coconut Flour

5g Cocoa Powder – I use love green and blacks

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

15g Dark Chocolate Chips – 75% or higher is ideal

1 egg

4 Sugar free marshmallows

Almond milk

Spray 2 microwaveable ramekins with oil/butter

Mix together the

whey protein 

coconut flour

pure cocoa 

baking powder

Add 15g dark chocolate chips

1 egg (you will see that I didn’t have this :p )

Mix together and add unsweetened almond milk until a thick batter

Put 2 of the marshmallows in the bottom of each ramekin

Pour 1/2 the batter in each ramekin

…add a few more sneaky chocolate chips 🙂

Microwave in 45 second increments at a time until cooked

Mix 12g powdered peanut butter and ‘some’ sugar free powdered sugar, add some unsweetened almond milk until its an icing consistency

Drizzle over the top and enjoy!
