I don’t think you are fearful of protein or even protein powders, but I do believe you are holding onto some bias about what will happen to your body if you add more protein to your diet.
Protein does not have some kind of magical power, it won’t burn fat or speed up your metabolism [that’s another blog for another day].
Protein WILL keep you feeling full, help to stabilise your energy throughout the day and this will help to reduce cravings.

- Reduce Cravings
